The most efficient stop order for the day, with arrival times as hard constraints and turn-by-turn that never leaves the app.
Live overtime alerts & reassignment
When a tech is projected to hit overtime mid-day, managers get alerted to approve it or reassign the remaining work - a dispatch decision, not just a notification.
Required completion photos & visit reports
A live photo to close a work order, plus an auto-sent customer visit report with the photo and tech notes.
